EMS Delivery Disruption and Temporary Halt of Service (2.2021)

EMS - Express Mail Service because of Coronavirus. Due to the reduced number of international flights, delivery to most destinations will take longer than usual. As the situation is different for each region it is difficult to give estimates on how long delivery will take but in some cases it has been two to three times longer than usual. We recommend against placing orders at this time if quick delivery is required.

Furthermore EMS service has been temporarily halted from Japan to the following countries: Australia / Canada / India / Ireland / US and more. If you choose to place orders with delivery to these countries we will have to use FEDEX instead (or cannot ship in worst case).

by FEDEX

USA :7,600yen

Australia: 8,800yen

 

FedEx is faster than EMS, but please note that it takes longer than usual due to the corona.

EMS is said to take 3 to 4 times longer than usual.

 

 

◯Currency

On web shop the All shopping cart transactions will be completed in Japanese yen.

 

◯Taxes / VAT

If you live abroad and ship to addresses outside of Japan are not charged the Japanese 10% VAT (Value Added Tax). Price on display is price without 10% VAT.

Your package may be subject to local import duties, VAT or tariffs. Payment of such charges is the responsibility of the recipient and is usually collected upon delivery. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order

Payment by credit card only. Only Visa, Master, Diners, JCB, and American Express will be accepted.

◯UK Delivery 

Packages shipped to the UK using EMS (Express Mail Service) are delivered locally by Parcelforce which handles the collection of any VAT charges and may apply additional service charge. Check with Parcelforce for additional information regarding their service policies.

◯Returns

No returns or cancellations will be accepted.
